Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

By using the ADSALES website https://adsales.net/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and all subdomains adsales.net/uk/, which are owned and administered by Dream Team Media LLC, a limited liability company established and operating in accordance with the laws of Ukraine (legal address: 01103, Kyiv, Mendeleeva St., 12, office 941) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), I (hereinafter referred to as “I”, “User”):

• accept the Terms of Use of the Website;
• give consent to the Company to process my personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Consent”) and confirm that I have been informed of the purpose of processing personal data and the rights granted to me in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”).

Purpose of Processing and Data Types

Processing of personal data means any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and distribution (dissemination, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including through the use of information (automated) systems (Article 2 of the Law).

The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to ensure the ability to:

• to know about the sources of collection, location of my personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence/stay of the owner or processor of personal data, or to give appropriate instructions regarding obtaining this information to persons authorized by me, except in cases established by law;
• to receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom my personal data is transferred;
• to access my personal data;
• to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response as to whether my personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
• to submit a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data objecting to the processing of my personal data;
• to submit a reasoned demand for the modification or destruction of my personal data by any owner and processor of personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
• to protect my personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision or untimely provision thereof, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defames my honor, dignity and business reputation as an individual;
• to file complaints regarding the processing of my personal data with the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or with the court;
• to apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
• to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process my personal data when providing Consent;
• to withdraw Consent to the processing of personal data;
• to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
• to protection from an automated decision that has legal consequences for me.

Third Parties

I understand that to provide certain services presented on the Website on behalf of the Company, the Company may enter into agreements with third parties. To implement services, third parties may require access to some or all of my personal data. In such case, I agree to the transfer of my personal data exclusively for the specified purpose and with the adoption of all reasonable measures to ensure the security and reliable processing of data in accordance with applicable law.
